Our refund policy is valid for 14 days after receiving the product. After that time, we can’t give you an exchange or refund for any other item. Furthermore, there are a few things that are not refundable:

1) Custom orders – any personalization, custom design or shape orders.

2) Damaged or Used items if the damage is caused by using them.
If you want to return an item, You need to send us a message within 14 days after your delivery date. You need to send us a Fresh photo and short video of the product (To ensure that product is in new condition). After that, We will provide you with a shipping address where you have to ship the product. Please don’t send the product back to the same address from where you received it.

Once we receive the product, We will initiate a full refund against your order (The shipping prices are not refundable).

In Case of Damaged or Defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, Please email us your issue. Please attach a fresh photo and a short video of the product. After reviewing it, We will let you know whether we can partially refund you or send you a replacement product.
